Proun in digital space
Acrylic on 3D printed PLA and plaster, 2 x 2 ft
The Hyper Proun series takes precedence from the conceptual device of the same name coined by the Russian avant-garde artist El Lissitzky as the dimension in-between painting and architecture. The artist repurposes this notion in relation to digital space.
Hyper Proun is a mirror of the spaces that the artist’s digital counterpart, his avatar, has navigated in the recent months and years. It aims to bring to the forefront conversations about the blur of the digital and physical realities.
